(VOVworld) – Cam Pha should be built as a model industrial city in Quang Ninh province, said Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan at a ceremony on Wednesday announcing a Government Resolution on the establishment of Cam Pha city.  

Ms. Doan said Cam Pha should be fully aware of its responsibility to become a modern and civilized city, which will help make Quang Ninh an economic hub. The Vice President also asked the city to focus on building a modern sea port.
