(VOVworld) – A conference to gather public opinions on the revised Health Insurance Law opened in Hanoi on Tuesday.

Participants suggested that part of the money from health insurance should be allocated to localities to ensure their own medical services. Nguyen Van Dinh, Vice President of the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Association said: “Health insurance capital should be used effectively. If the money remains, it should be given to the state budget.”
