In Southeast Asia, Indonesia has registered the biggest number of infections — 4.1 million — followed by the Philippines, more than 2 million cases.
In Europe, Russia and the UK are most severely affected, recording more than 6.9 million infections each. They also lead Europe’s number of deaths, more than 185,000 and 133,000, respectively.
