(VOVworld) - Delegates to the 12th National Party Congress cast their votes in Hanoi on Tuesday for 200 members, including 20 alternates of the 12th Party Central Committee.

On the sidelines of Monday’s meeting, many delegates expressed their faith that the Congress will elect outstanding cadres with morality and talent to the Party Central Committee.

They said personnel preparations have been made carefully in accordance with legal regulations.
