(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has hailed officers and soldiers of Marine Police Zone 1 for meeting challenges and fulfilling the duties assigned by the Party and the Government during the force’s 14-year development. Phuc made the commendation during a visit on Sunday to Marine Police Zone 1 of the Vietnam Marine Police.

The Deputy Prime Minister urged all marine police to strengthen their political stance and promote the glorious national tradition of ensuring maritime security and defending the national sovereignty.
