Deputy PM welcomes head of Myanmar’s Anti-Bribery Commission

Mr. Minh hailed the talks between the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam and the Anti-Bribery Commission of Myanmar and their signing of a memorandum of understanding on anti-corruption. He added that this provides a legal foundation for future cooperation between the two agencies. He hailed the two countries’ growing ties across various fields, saying there is opportunity for closer relations and Vietnam will do its utmost to foster its traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation with Myanmar. Mr. U Mya Win said he hopes Myanmar will learn from the experience of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam in corruption prevention and hopes the two countries will strengthen their cooperation in many fields.
