Fireworks shows draw large crowds as Ho Chi Minh city celebrates National Reunification Day
(VOVWORLD) - Local people and visitors flocked to several locations in HCM city on Tuesday night to enjoy fireworks set off to celebrate 49 years of National Reunification Day.

Firework displays were organized at five sites across the city including the Thao Dien area and Dam Sen Cultural Park. The 15-minute spectacular fireworks show began at 9 pm.
“We are here to remind our offspring of our predecessors’ glorious victory which secured national independence,” said Hoang Dinh Cuong, a resident of Go Vap district.
