(VOVworld)- French President Francois Hollande has praised the fine development of the relations between France and China and blueprinted future trade balance between the two countries.
Hollande made the statement at Wednesday’s meeting in Paris with the visiting Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping. The same day, China and France signed 50 agreements worth 18 billion Euros including a contract for China to order 70 Airbus planes, a deal to jointly produce 1,000 civilian helicopters over 20 years, and a car joint venture deal between car maker PSA Peugeot and Dongfeng Motor.
Besides, many big French companies such as Areva, Total, and GDF Suez, also signed lots of cooperative deals with Chinese counterparts in nuclear power, oil and gas, energy and agriculture.
