“In just about two hours, we were ready - gathering our team and departing during the night. We wanted to share and relieve some of the hardship our compatriots are facing, and to offer encouragement to help flood victims overcome difficulties,” said Dr. Pham Minh Cong.

Meanwhile, various forces have set up field kitchens, providing 10,000-12,000 meals per day for residents in severely affected areas, as well as for rescue teams.
