Press briefing on State reserves took place on December 27, 2018

Speaking in a press briefing on Thursday, Deputy Administrator of the General Department of State Reserves Le Van Thoi, said the department plans to provide aids to natural disaster affected regions and disadvantaged provinces: “Stockpiles are ready to be deployed to strategic regions in need. This could be done swiftly without transporting goods from one province to another.”

This year, the State Reserves has provided more than 120,400 tons of rice to provinces in crop intervals and overcome natural disasters.
