(VOVworld) – General Ngo Xuan Lich, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, visited Viet Duc Hospital in Hanoi on Thursday and extended greetings to the hospital’s staff on the occasion of Vietnam Doctors’ Day on February 27th.

The general praised the development and achievements of the hospital as the largest surgical center and one of the leading medical sites in Vietnam, and said he believes the hospital will continue to improve its healthcare services to patients.

General Lich said he hopes Viet Duc hospital will work with other hospitals inside and outside the army to keep pace with medical advances around the world.
