Germany is a top partner of Vietnam, says NA Vice Chairman
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam always attaches importance to relations with Germany and considers Germany a trusted partner in Europe, said National Assembly Vice Chairman Do Ba Ty at a meeting with Vice President of the German parliament Thomas Oppermann in Berlin on Thursday.

Mr. Oppermann said Germany supports a prompt ratification of the Europe-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement and the Europe-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement, and is ready to step up cooperation with Vietnam in labor training, employing Vietnamese nurses at German hospitals, and boosting cultural exchanges. The two leaders discussed international issues and called for continued cooperation based on international law for peace and stability.
