(VOVworld) – The Chairman of HCM city’s People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong received President of the French National Assembly Claude Bartolone on Monday.

He praised France’s role in the success of the UN conference on climate change in Paris, which demonstrated a strong international commitment to addressing climate change. Mr. Phong said he hoped Mr. Bartolone would contribute to boosting relations between HCM city and French localities.
