Speaking at an event during the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 in HCM city, the PM reaffirmed Vietnam’s commitment to three foundational pillars: building a socialist-oriented market economy and deepening international integration; promoting socialist democracy; and developing a law-governed socialist state.

He stressed that Vietnam will not trade social progress, social equity, social security, or environmental protection for economic gains.

“Vietnam remains a developing country with a modest economic scale, so we urgently need capital and must further expand our capital market. That is why we are developing the International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City, which is expected to debut this year,” said PM Chinh.

Strengthening digital infrastructure requires strong cooperation, he noted, adding that open, competitive institutions will unlock greater investment opportunities.
