(VOVWORLD) - Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Health said the city has opened 262 COVID-19 vaccination points, including 157 sites for children from 5 to under 18 years old.

As Ho Chi Minh City promotes August as the peak month for COVID-19 vaccinations for children, it has directed all hospitals, obstetrics, and pediatrics to speed up vaccinations until August 31.
The health sector has organized teams to oversee vaccination sites and collect people’s opinions to increase the number of children getting vaccinated.
