(VOVworld) –A second round of presidential elections will be held in Lithuania next Thursday, between incumbent President Dalia Grybauskaite and Social Democratic Party candidate Zigmantas Balcytics. With 99 percent of votes counted, Grybauskaite had 45.8 percent of votes to Balcytics’ 13.7 percent.
