(VOVworld)- The France-Vietnam Friendship Association in Choisy le Roi, France has recently celebrated the Lunar New Year. The city mayor Didier Guilaume and Vietnamese Ambassador to France Nguyen Ngoc Son attended the event.

This is the fifth year the festival has been held to introduce traditional Vietnamese customs and practices during Tet. In his address, Choisy le Roi Mayor Didier Guilaume said the festival has become a meeting place for Vietnam lovers in France. He praised Vietnam’s renewal achievements in the last three decades and its successful integration. Ambassador Nguyen Ngoc Son thanked French friends for their love and practic assistance for Vietnam.
