(VOVworld)- Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cao Duc Phat has urged Binh Dinh province to restructure the agriculture more resolutely focusing on increasing added values and enhancing sustainable development. At a meeting with local authorities on Saturday, Minister Phat stressed the need to pay more attention to restructuring the livestock production with priority given to meat cow production. Minister Phat said: “In agricultural restructuring, we need to focus more on the sectors that bring higher incomes for farmers. In regard to reservoirs safety, we have proposed the Prime Minister repairs 7 reservoirs in Binh Dinh. We also need to focus on building fish business ports in Tam Quan port”.So far, Binh Dinh province has provided fishermen with 67 billion VND to build 95 new fishing vessels.
