NA Chairman: Khanh Hoa to become Vietnam’s strategic growth pole
(VOVWORLD) -Khanh Hoa must rise to become a national strategic growth pole, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said and set the 2030 targets of an average annual GRDP growth rate of 11-12% and per capita among the nation’s top 10 localities.

At the first Congress of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term on Monday, Mr. Man urged the Congress to demonstrate strong determination to transform Khanh Hoa into a centrally governed city and a modern maritime economic hub.
The Chairman also called on Khanh Hoa province to align economic development with strengthening defense and security, maintaining political stability, safeguarding national sovereignty, while advancing external relations and international integration.
The Congress reviewed the implementation of resolutions from the former provinces of Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan, and mapped out goals, tasks, and solutions to boost Khanh Hoa’s development through 2030 and beyond.
The new executive committee of the Khanh Hoa provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term includes 54 members, with a 14-member Standing Board. Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh was appointed Secretary of the provincial Party Committee.
