(VOVworld) – At a Thursday meeting with the Secretary General of the Communist Refoundation Party (PRC) of Italy, Paolo Ferrero, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung stressed the need for promoting the longstanding relationship between the two Parties and countries. He hoped that PRC would continue to enhance its position in the international arena, contributing to Italy’s development and prosperity as well as to the global communist and workers’ movements.

Hung expressed his hope that PRC would play a more constructive role in boosting cooperative ties between the two legislative bodies and exchange activities between congressmen, thus improving the mutual understanding between the two peoples. Paolo Ferrero reiterated his party’s determination to strengthen cooperative ties between PRC and the Communist Party of Vietnam, noting that Italy would like to learn from Vietnam’s experiences in developing its socialist-oriented market economy.
