NA Chairwoman assigns tasks to Assembly's Office
(VOVWORLD) -National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan has urged the Assembly’s Office to work closely with relevant agencies to organize activities and events of the 41st ASEAN Inter-parliamentary Assembly (AIPA41) as Vietnam assumes the Chair of AIPA in 2020.

At a review meeting of the National Assembly Office in Hanoi on Friday, Chairwoman Ngan praised the Office’s achievements in 2019 and urged further effort to fulfill tasks of 2020. She said: “It’s necessary to reform the work, promptly build plans on consultation with the National Assembly, and improve the quality of consultation in law making, oversight, and decision making.”
Chairwoman Ngan called on the National Assembly Office to contribute opinions to the 13th National Party Congress documents.
