He praised the local development, stressing that strong communes and hamlets are essential to a strong city. He urged local authorities to make full use of their development potential and stay focused on meeting set targets.

Chairman Man called for greater attention to education, improving literacy and knowledge, developing the rural economy alongside household businesses, and ensuring sustainable poverty reduction, especially in remote, isolated, and ethnic minority areas.

He also asked Can Tho to continue to reform the performance of the Fatherland Front, following the directions set out by General Secretary To Lam at the Party Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations for the 2025–2030 term.
