(VOVworld) – The 40^th session of the National Standing Committee on Thursday discussed the ordinance on professional army men and military employees. NA Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu suggested elevating the ordinance into law and to discuss the bill at the National Assembly’s meeting in October.

The deputies agreed to specify regulations to match the development of each force and current management mechanism. The NA Standing Committee also debated differences in the revised laws on criminal procedure and on administrative procedure.
