(VOVworld) – The 13th National Assembly’s sixth session began its fourth week Monday, November 11th. This week, the National Assembly will focus on personnel work. The National Assembly will hear statements and reports related to filling, including Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, Chairmen of Government Offices, and members of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee. The deputies will discuss a number of draft revisions and amendments to the Law of Interior Waterway Traffic, the Health Insurance Law, the Law on Public Investment, and the amended Customs Law. They will vote on approving the Employment Law, and the revised Law on Emulation and Commendation.

On Monday, the National Assembly considered and adopted a resolution for next year’s socio-economic development plan. According to the resolution, GDP will increase 5.8 percent by 2014.
