(VOVworld) – A decree to implement the Law on Public Investment and the revised Bidding Law were discussed at the ongoing national conference of planning and investment in Da nang city.

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan calls for more communications to enforce laws shortly: “I asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment and other central ministries to consult the Government on promulgating guidelines on implementation of the laws. The sectors at all levels should further communicate the laws to agencies and organizations for more understanding and greater consensus to increase the effectiveness of the laws”.

The participants were also told about the government’s Decree 63 on selecting contractors and contributed ideas to the draft decree on the implementation of the Law on Public Investment, and the revised Investment and Enterprise Laws.
