Some deputies shared that many articles in this Draft Law remain unfeasible, especially those defining responsibilities of concerned management agencies. Deputy Truong Thi Mai, chairwoman of the NA’s Committee for Social Affairs said: "I think it’s important to mobilize all state and individual forces to participate in activities to prevent and mitigate natural calamities. In addition to setting up a specialized agency to support the government in this matter, it’s necessary for us to add some specific regulations on responsibilities of different Ministries to get involved in this matter."
