Party leader asks to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern public security force
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam has asked the Central Public Security Party Committee to focus on Party building and developing a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People’s Public Security force.

Speaking at the Committee's year-end conference in Hanoi on Thursday, which was also attended by President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the Party leader outlined several priority tasks for the Public Security Force in the time ahead, urging to concentrate all efforts on ensuring absolute security and safety for the 14th National Party Congress and the elections of the 16th National Assembly, as well as the People’s Council elections for the 2026–2031 term.

He asked the Public Security force to increase its contributions to achieving the nation’s strategic goals of peace and stability; sustainable, high-quality development; improvements of people’s lives; double-digit economic growth, and the successful implementation of the Politburo’s strategic resolutions, with concrete, results-oriented outcomes.
