Party leader meets Belarus’ Prime Minister Myasnikovich

(VOVworld) – Belarus considers boosting bilateral ties with Vietnam as one of its priority external policies in the Asia Pacific region. Belarus’s Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich told Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong that Belarus will offer more favorable conditions to Vietnamese goods to penetrate the country. During their meeting on Thursday, both leaders expressed their belief that a Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the Customs Union, to be signed next year, will create breakthroughs in bilateral trade and economic ties and facilitate Vietnamese businesses to export goods to markets of Belarus and other countries in the Customs Union. They witnessed the signing of 3 cooperative agreements following the talks.

Later on Thursday, Mr. Trong will meet with the Chairman of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Rubinov.
