(VOVworld) - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on Thursday paid a visit to Bac Ninh province to review local implementation of the Party resolution on Party building.

He praised the provincial achievement in industrialization and modernization and foreign investment attraction. The province now has a per capita income of 3,600 US dollars, which is twice the national average. He called for more efforts to ensure sustainable development:“Industrialization and urbanization must nurture the cultural identities of the province while promoting its local competitiveness towards advanced agriculture and processing industry.” The Party leader presented gifts to children at a nursery school in Bac Ninh City and visited several local companies.
