(VOVworld)- The Party’s Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education held a conference in Hanoi on Wednesday to review the Party’s resolution on reforming land laws and policies in national industrialization and modernization. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai said the management and utilization of land is not only a complicated economic issue but also a sensitive political and social issue affecting the achievements of the national revolution and class struggle. Therefore, he said the Party’s resolution outlines 6 major issues stressing the importance of land ownership. Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai said:  “The Party’s Central Committee agreed that the land ownership is a very important issue, affecting history, and socio- political stability. The general people’s land ownership with the state being the representative has enabled the state to effectively utilize the land resource to serve national socio- economic development and national defense. The land users have been given the right to use the land and the state ensures this right. In fact, the land users have 10 related rights”
