(VOVworld) - As many as 500 photographs featuring the history of Vietnam's National Assembly have been published in a photo book by the Vietnam News Agency Publishing House.

Titled 70 Years of the National Assembly of Vietnam, the bilingual pictorial book, aims to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnam’s first general election. The book is divided into four parts covering the founding of the National Assembly; the period of building Social Republic in the north and liberating the south; the period of renewal, and the 13th National Assembly.
