He told the visiting Korean Minister of Strategy and Finance Bahk Jae Wan in Hanoi Friday that the Korea is one of Vietnam’s leading investment and trade partners. He proposed that both countries’ ministries and agencies boost bilateral cooperation in all areas, especially in economics, trade, investment, education-training, science-technology and culture, striving to balance two-way trade in the coming years.  He called for increasing high-level delegation and people-to-people exchanges to accelerate free trade agreement negotiations and promote mutual understanding.  Earlier the same day, Minister Bahk held talks with Finance Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and signed a cooperative plan for 2013.
