(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung Monday received visiting Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Men Sam On in Hanoi on Monday. Prime Minster Dung reiterated that Vietnam attaches great importance to its relationship with Cambodia and that both countries will strive to boost bilateral ties in politics, economics, diplomacy, security and defense, and culture, for mutual benefits and development.

Dung suggested both sides continue to coordinate in organizing activities to mark the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Year while effectively implementing agreements between the two countries. Deputy PM Men Sam On said that his trip aims to exchange experiences and boost cooperation with Vietnam in inspection activities. Men Sam On suggested both countries improve communication on promoting bilateral friendship and preventing distortions that undermine the solidarity of both countries and peoples.
