(VOVworld)-Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has received Japanese Economic and Fiscal Policy Minister Amari Akira, who is in Vietnam on a working visit.During the reception on Friday, Dung spoke highly of the results of the Japanese Minister and Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang’s talks, saying that his visit will contribute to promoting Vietnam-Japan multifaceted cooperation. The Prime Minister highlighted the Vietnam-Japan strategic partnership’s recent achievements, hoping that further efforts will be taken to enhance the two sides’ cooperation. He asked Japan to continue paying attention to investment in Vietnam and providing ODA to the country, calling for favourable conditions for Vietnamese goods in the Japanese market, especially aquatic and seafood products. Prime Minister Dung said Vietnam’s support for Japan’s joining of the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP), and hoped the two countries will work closely at the negotiation process.
