PM says public awareness is a decisive factor in digital transformation
(VOVWORLD) - Every individual and business should be aware of the benefits of Project 06 on developing resident data, electronic identification, and authentication applications to serve national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030, and should play a role in its implementation, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said Friday.

Addressing a conference to review the implementation of Project 06 in Hanoi, the PM asked the capital city to complete this year’s tasks, which include consolidating technology infrastructure, digitization, and sharing data in the service of building a digital government, a digital economy, a digital society, and digital citizens.
He said the main goals are facilitating access to all services; developing digital infrastructure, digital platforms, and digital data; ensuring network and information security; and protecting personal data.
PM Chinh said Hanoi needs to perfect its mechanisms and policies, improve the local investment environment and competitiveness, and further streamline administrative procedures.
