PM welcomes Chinese group’s expansion into major infrastructure projects
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received in Hanoi on Friday Yan Jiehe, founder of China’s Pacific Construction Group, one of China’s largest private enterprises in infrastructure investment, construction, and management.

Commending the Group’s recent participation as a contractor in several key infrastructure projects in Hanoi, the Prime Minister welcomed its proposals to take part in major infrastructure developments in Vietnam in the coming period.
He called on the group to strengthen cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises through concrete projects, closely linked with technology transfer, contributing to Vietnam’s socio-economic development and further promoting bilateral relations.
For his part, Yan Jiehe said Pacific Construction Group has won bids for and is currently implementing three major projects in Hanoi, expressing his desire to continue long-term cooperation and involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
