(VOVworld) - National Assembly Chairwoman and head of the organizing board of the 132nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Tong Thi Phong, has chaired a meeting to review the preparation for the event.
She asked relevant agencies to ensure thorough preparation for the week long event beginning on March 28 in Hanoi, including diplomatic protocol, event organization, cultural, art and tourism activities. She called for an early identification of an information and service organization hub to provide information to delegates. This will combine their participation at the general assembly and tourist activities in Vietnam.
