(VOVworld) – During a reception in Hanoi on Tuesday, President Truong Tan Sang praised the outcome of talks between the visiting governor of Russia’s Primorie province V. Miklushevskiy and Hanoi’s leaders.

He commended the cooperative work between Primorie and Vietnam in recent years and asked Primorie to expand its market, helping Vietnamese goods to access Russia’s Far Eastern region. President Sang said Vietnam will create optimal conditions for both countries’ businesses to strengthen cooperation. Many Vietnamese students are currently studying in Primorie.
