(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday paid a Tet visit to Long An province. He praised the province’s achievements in 2014 with a GDP growth rate of 11% and per capita income of 45 million VND per year.
He acknowledged the province’s efforts in maintaining social security and national defense. The President met with local workers who have to stay in Long An during Tet. President Sang said: “I hope that the lives of the workers will be improved in the New Year and their incomes will go up. I really hope that all the workers can return home for Tet”.
