(VOVworld)- The Party and State will continue to invest in new rural development, President Truong Tan Sang said on Sunday while visiting Nghe An province. During the visit, President Sang observed the implementation of the new rural development program in Nghi Lien commune in Nghe An’s Vinh City, and called on other communes to become role models in the national new rural development program. While visiting military zone No. 4, President Sang praised the zone’s achievements in fulfilling their strategic tasks of national construction and defense. He urged the zone to be more active and creative in the army’s party building work to reap more success and contribute to the protection of national sovereignty.
