(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang visited Nghe An province on Saturday to overhaul local socio-economic development, national defense, and preparations for Party congresses at all levels toward the 12^th National Party Congress. He asked the province to make the most of its potential and opportunities for integration and market expansion:  “The province should seek markets for its products and this should be done quickly.”

President Sang said the province should focus on attracting foreign investment in major agriculture projects.

The same day, he attended the second congress of Nghe An province’s revolutionary soldiers, who were jailed by the enemy during the war. He also attended the inauguration ceremony of the Truong Bon historical relic site in honor of soldiers who died for national freedom.
