President Phuc reiterated the potentials and strengths of Hung Yen, noting that the province should focus on investing in digital infrastructure and strongly promote digital transformation in economic activities and state management.

He said that Hung Yen, which has the fourth highest population density in Vietnam, needs to do well in planning and in-depth development. He urged for synchronous development of both the economy and social foundations for sustainable development.

Efforts should be made to take better care of people's health and quickly and sustainably reduce the rate of poor households, President Phuc said.
