Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung left Hanoi today for the ninth ASEAN-China Expo and China-ASEAN Business-Investment Summit in Nanning, the capital of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

ASEAN-China Expo and China-ASEAN Business-Investment Summit are held annually in Nanning by China’s Ministry of Trade and 10 ASEAN countries. Under the theme “science and technology cooperation”, this year’s expo focuses on displaying high tech products, promoting exchanges in science and technology, investment and trade to call on people to use natural resources properly for a harmonious community. In the framework of the event, China will hold a forum and exhibition on China – ASEAN vocational training 2012 and a forum on building an ASEAN - China eco city.
