The Russian government is taking steps to ensure the safe return of Russian citizens who are currently in Egypt, starting with forming a working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. Russia’s daily newspaper “Kommersant” said the Airbus A321 that crashed in Egypt could have been blown up by a bomb hidden in the luggage of a passenger. A Kogalymavia Airline flight from Sharm el Sheikh to Saint Petersburg on October 31 crashed in the Sinai Peninsula, killing all 224 people aboard.
