(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has asked Hanoi National University to direct the implementation of a national project of scientific and technological application for sustainable development in Vietnam’s northwestern region. He made the remarks at a seminar on the issue in Hanoi yesterday. Mr. Phuc said: "We have asked the Prime Minister to select Hanoi National University to run the project. We believe that with its experience in previous research, the university will be able to make this project more effective."
