Seminar on model development for key products in the Mekong Delta region

(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh today chaired a seminar on policies and development models for key products of the Mekong Delta Region. According to reports from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Ministry of Industry and Trade, agricultural and fisheries products are Vietnam’s major strategic goods. Delegates agreed that although localities in the region have made full use of their advantages to develop these key products, difficulties remain, especially in unstable outputs that cause losses for farmers.
