(VOVworld) – The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea will conduct a new nuclear test soon and its preparations for this 4^th nuclear test are in the final stages, according to Seoul.

South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin told reporters in Seoul on Thursday, saying that the test could take place at any time. The warning came after Pyongyang announced that it would conduct “a new nuclear test”. The Republic of Korea says North Korea increased activities at nuclear test sites ahead of US President Barack Obama’s visit to Seoul. Pyongyang conducted 3 nuclear tests in 2006, 2009, and 2013.
