Soldiers and people on Truong Sa island look forward to National Party Congress
(VOVWORLD) - These days, officers, soldiers and people in Truong Sa town, Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province, are looking forward to the 13th National Party Congress, vowing to firmly defend national sovereignty over seas and islands.

Private first class Bui Thanh Dat from detachment 85 said he was proud and honored to be a naval soldier stationed on Truong Sa island, adding, “We are always united and determined to accomplish tasks to contribute the success of the Congress.”
Senior lieutenant colonel Dinh Van Cuong, chairman of Truong Sa town People’s Council, said, “In any circumstances, cadres, soldiers, and people on Truong Sa island are absolutely loyal to the Party, Fatherland, people, and socialism."
"We’ve overcome difficulties to protect our sacred sovereignty over the sea, islands, continental shelf and provide a firm support for fishermen to go fishing offshore,” said Cuong.
