(VOVworld)- The National Assembly Judicial Committee opened a hearing in Hanoi on Saturday to review state administrative agencies’ role in the detection and settlement of corruption cases. Speaking at the session, the government inspectorate general Huynh Phong Tranh said that given positive developments in the fight against corruption, the inspectorate will focus on multiple areas rather than only on  malpractice detection. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc suggests:
“Anti – corruption efforts still face many irregularities. This is a long-term and major issue requiring the involvement of all state administrative agencies and judicial sector. This has to be done with all the state apparatus and political system at resolute political will.”
Chairman of the Judicial Committee Nguyen Van Hien called for practical actions by state administrative agencies to prevent and control corruption.
