(VOVWORLD) -President Luong Cuong and his spouse hosted a welcome ceremony in Hanoi on Wednesday for Governor-General of Australia Sam Mostyn and her spouse, who are on a state visit to Vietnam.

President Cuong invited the guest to step up to the podium to the accompaniment of ceremonial music. The military band played the national anthems of both countries.
The two leaders then introduced the members of each other’s high-level delegation attending the welcoming ceremony. After the welcoming ceremony, President Luong Cuong and Governor-General of Australia Sam Mostyn led their delegations to hold talks.
